June 18th, 2013, this is what I ate:


For breakfast:

Busy day at work, I needed 2 of these:

Lunch:

Afternoon snacks:

After work, a nice surprise to see at Chipotle:

And then a late dinner:

2 bowls of Soup, made of:
yukon gold potatoes w/ skin on
shredded carrots
kale
cabbage
barley
Veggie broth
seasoning (salt, pepper, etc)

And finally, I had ONE of these, the rest of which were for a potluck at Julie's work:
